This Legal Notice governs the use of the website www.puertadelsol.com (the Website), owned by Plus Ultra Properties SL (the Owner).

The Website is an independent, informational guide to Madrid's Puerta del Sol: its history, its monuments and buildings, and what to see nearby. It is not a booking or sales platform; where it links to businesses such as accommodation, restaurants or activities, it does so towards third-party websites where the transaction itself takes place.

Using the Website grants the condition of user (the User) and implies acceptance of all the terms included in this Legal Notice.

3. Terms of access and use

Access to the Website is free and does not require registration or subscription. The User agrees to make appropriate use of the Website's content and services and, in particular, not to use them to:
